The Chart of Set up section is where you can customise the various payroll related elements according to your company policy or requirements. Pay Period Setup can be used to define the pay periods for your Weekly, Monthly, Two Weekly and Four Weekly paid employees. Our service initially defines a pay period range for all the pay frequencies. You can edit these. You simply have to enter the day on which you process the pay for your employees in the Till Date for the respective pay period. Our application will automatically enter the From Date for you.
To do this select Chart of Setup from the Employer / Setup drop down menu, then click on the Change Pay Period link under the Payrun Customisation section.
