112. I signed up for your service but have not received the Activation e-mail. Why?
 
Our Sign Up e-mail contains an activation link. Your e-mail server may have sent the e-mail to your bulk/junk mail folder instead of your in box by mistake. Please check your bulk/junk mail folder. Alternatively, if it is your company's policy to reject emails containing links, we suggest you sign up to Google mail. After creating a Google mail account you can sign up for a fresh account with us. Google mail has never rejected our Sign Up e-mails.
