Recover Former Employee, as the name suggests, means you can recover the details of a former employee. This function can be used in the following way :-
1) A recruitment agency can recover a former employee's personal details without having to re-key in all the employee's personal details again.
2) If a former employee re-joins your company, you can use this function to recover all his/her personal details
Recover employee only allows you to recover the personal details of an employee. All the pay data cannot be recovered. Please also note that you need to enter the P45 or the Starter Checklist details as appropriate for the recovered former employee.
