| 3300. Why can't I download my notices from the HMRC server? | ||
| To download notices you must have your HMRC User ID and Password entered in the program. (Note: Our Agent ID and Password can be used for e-filing notices to the HMRC, but to retrieve notices you must use your own ID and Password). To enter your ID and Password into the program go to Employer/Setup in the Tasking Zone menu bar, then select Chart of Setup, then E-filing Setup. Select the second option, click on Edit and enter the details as requested, then click on Save. Now try and download your notices again. | ||
