|Go to Payrun in the Tasking Zone menu bar, click on process pay and select the Pay Frequency (weekly, monthly, etc). Click on the Other Payments link for the employee for whom you wish to find the holiday balance. Here in the P1. Normal Holiday Payment or P2. Advanced Holiday Payment section, you can see the holiday balance figure. Depending on what holiday scheme is in operation for that employee the figure may be the holiday accrued to date, or his/her total entitlement left for the holiday year. The holiday balance figure displayed is calculated at the last YTD update. That is, if the employees YTD figures were last updated in month 5, then the accrued holiday calculated, or the balance remaining will be correct up to month 5.
