4018. My employee has taken one months unpaid leave. How do I process his pay?.
 
Either process his /her pay as normal but with zero pay. A tax refund may then become due. Alternatively simply do not run his/her pay this month i.e. skip the pay period. Any tax refund due will be calculated and included the next time you do run his/her pay.
