Calculating SSP: The simple way to achieve payment of Covid-19 SSP from Day One is to enter the start date for the Covid-19 SSP period three days earlier than the actual date the Covid-19 absence period started. This will result in the Covid-19 SSP payment starting from Day One of the absence period.
