Yes. You can disable the employee's account temporary. Later you can enable the account when you would like to provide the access to Internet account.
To disable your employee's Internet Account, please go to Admin Employee Internet A/c > Current Employee Internet A/c. Now select No and click on Confirm button corresponding to the employee. Your employee's Internet Account will be disabled and he / she will not be able to access the account.
Later to enable the account, please go to Admin Employee Internet A/c > Current Employee Internet A/c. Now select Yes and click on Confirm button corresponding to the employee. Your employee's Internet Account will be enabled and he / she can access the payroll account again. An email will be sent to your employee stating that the Internet account has been enabled.
