Authentication error means your HMRC e-filing credentials are either wrong or incomplete. You need to enter the HMRC e-filing credentials listed below. If you have not already got HMRC e-filing credentials you must contact HMRC to ask for them. The e-filing credentials are: PAYE Reference Number Accounts Office Reference Number HMRC given User ID HMRC given Password
