You may get an authentication error if your HMRC e-filing credentials are either wrong or incomplete. If you have not received your own HMRC E-Filing credentials you will have to register yourself as an 'Organisation' using HMRC's Online Services from the link Click here and then enter the HMRC e-filing credentials in our application.
