If you wish to make changes in the existing AE Pension scheme for your employee ,you can edit and update the existing scheme details in two different ways from our application.

You can edit the AE pension scheme from View / Edit Employee Details under Employee on the Tasking Zone. Please follow the road map below:

Road Map: Edit AE pension scheme from Employee Section:
Employee -> View / Edit Employee Details -> View / Edit link -> AE Pension View / Edit -> Edit (Scheme) -> Save

You can also edit AE Pension scheme from Payrun section on the Tasking Zone before you process the pay for the employee. Please follow the road map below:

Road Map: Edit AE pension scheme from Payrun Section:
Payrun -> Process Pay -> Click on respective Pay Frequency link -> Deduction & Pension - Enter -> D2A. Auto Enrolment Pension Deduction -> Edit (AE Pension Scheme) -> Update

Please Note: In the "Edit Pension Scheme" screen, when the mouse hovers over the large red Question Mark (placed against the option - "I wish to adopt Salary Sacrifice for this employee's AE pension"), a pop-up window appears with details of "Salary Sacrifice".If you are not opting for Salary Sacrifice pension you can close the window by clicking the "X" icon on top-right corner of the window, after which you should be able to SAVE / UPDATE the AE Pension Scheme Setup information.
