| Your former employee's details and data must remain on the payroll database until the end of the year so that his/her details can be included in your end of year returns for the HMRC. Therefore he/she is still counted as being one of your employees for invoicing purposes up until the end of the tax year. After the end of the tax year he/she will no longer be counted as one of your employees. | ||
