Our service provides the facility for employees of companies using the Internet payroll to sign in to their own Internet Accounts from the homepage. Employees can use these Internet Accounts to view their current and previous Payslips, P60s, Timesheets, and other pay details online.

Select Chart of setup from the Employer/Setup drop down menu, then click on Change Password under Password & User A/C. Further click on Employee User/ Manage Employee User. To view or manage current employee Internet accounts click on the Current Employee button. Listed here are your current employees who have Internet Payroll accounts. You can enable or disable an employee's Internet account by selecting the “Yes” or “No” option respectively. Click on the Confirm button to confirm the access details you just gave to your employees. You can resend Sign in details to your employees if they forget them by clicking on the “Click to send link” for the respective employee. An E-Mail containing your employee’s Sign In ID and details regarding access rights will then be sent to that employee.

Employer / Setup -> Chart of Setup -> Password & User A/C -> Change Password / Email -> Employee User button -> Current Employee button -> Enable Internet account status -> select “Yes” or “No”option -> Confirm button -> Click to send link
