Select Employee from the Tasking Zone menu bar then further select the Employee Access Rights and click on the Current Employee access rights option. You can enable or disable an employee's right to access and update their own personal details, for example, address and phone numbers. To do so, select Yes or No respectively and click on the Confirm button. When you click on the Confirm button, an E-Mail containing your employee’s Sign In ID and details regarding access rights will be sent to the respective employee.

If you wish to enable the Internet Payroll account of an employee who is not listed on the screen click the Create Internet A/c button. Please follow the instructions on the screen and create the Internet account for the employee you wish.
Road Map - Disable / Enable Employee Internet Account
Employee -> Admin Employee Internet A/c - > Current Employee Internet A/c -> Enable Internet A/c Status -> No / Yes -> Confirm button
