4458. Why does it cost extra if I pay by cheque or BACS?
If you pay us by cheque or BACS we need to manually process and update your payment. Whereas, when you pay us by credit/debit card, the system does it all automatically online. No human intervention is required when we receive credit/debit card payments.

Important Note: Please NEVER email us or tell us on the phone your credit/debit card details as we only accept credit/debit card payments via the associated Payment Service Provider. Please also use the link we provide on the invoice page to pay via associated Payment Service Provider. As soon as you pay, Payment Service Provider will instantly notify us of a payment code which will update our system automatically. All credit/debit card payments are protected through a standard banking industry 128 bit SSL secured tunnel and encryption.
