4534. Private medical treatment or insurance. What is it and How to Assign?
 
An employer may meet the cost of an employee's medical expenses or arrange for them to be met under an insurance policy which is referred as “Private medical treatment or insurance”. The tax and National Insurance contributions treatment depends on the manner in which the employer meets the expense. You can do this is two ways,
  • You arrange and pay the provider directly for treatment or insurance
  • Your employee arranges treatment or insurance, but you pay the provider

Road Map - Assign Private medical treatment or Insurance
Process P11D -> Assign P11D Benefit -> Select I. Private medical treatment or insurance -> Assign Benefits button -> Add New Record button -> Save button -> Done button
