4544. Green Tick indication at dashboard. When and what it means?
 

Whenever you see the Green Tick in the Dashboard it means that the Job has been done in the sections such as Payrun Processed, Pre-YTD Reports, YTD Commited, E-filed FPS and E-filed EPS for the selected pay period. Further under the following condition the dashboard shows Green Tick,

  • Abandoned payrun: If you have upload the timesheet and abandoned payrun (decided not to commit YTD) before committing YTD then you can start the Payrun process all again. Here the dashboard items such as, Payrun Processed and Pre-YTD Reports will turn green. Further, If you have upload the timesheet and abandoned payrun after committing YTD then you need to Rollback the pay period and E-File FPS with the revised YTD values on your next regular FPS. Here the dashboard items such as Payrun Processed, Pre-YTD Reports and YTD committed will turn green.
= Red Cross in the Dashboard means that the Job is to be done.
= Green Tick in the Dashboard means that the Job has been done.

Conclusion
1 All data has been processed and E-Filed. The Job is done
2 When you upload timesheet, update YTD, E-File FPS and did not E-File EPS. The EPS is not E-Filed
3 When you upload timesheet and update YTD without E-Filing FPS and EPS. The FPS and EPS has to be E-Filed.
4 When you upload timesheet and you partially complete the Payrun process without updating YTD, E-Filing FPS and EPS. You can Re-process the pay all again.
5 Abandoned payrun (decided not to commit YTD). Before committing YTD The Payrun Processed and Pre-YTD Reports will turn green. Here you can Re-process the pay all again.
After committing YTD The Payrun Processed, Pre-YTD Reports and YTD committed will turn green. Here you can Rollback and Re-process the pay all again.
