4625. P11D, P11D(b) Approval & E-filing process. How?

Before you begin with your E-filing of Expenses & Benefits P11D, P11D(b) forms for the current tax year, You should approve your Expenses & Benefits P11D, P11D(b) forms. Please ensure that you have met the criteria below.

Please follow the below steps to Approve and E-file P11D, P11D(b) forms:

Step 1. Ensure that you have included all expenses & benefits ( P11D, P11D(b) ) for all employees for the current tax year.

Step 2. Ensure that you have submitted all P46(Car) forms.

Step 3. Ensure that you have correctly assigned the P11D and P11D(b) status to the respective employee.

Note: All the above steps are mandatory. After accepting the above steps to YES, Please continue further.

Step 4. Click on the 'Approve & Continue' button.

Step 5. Fill the Authorisation form details. Click on the 'Continue' button.

Step 6. To commit your P11D, P11D(b) Data. Click on the 'Confirm P11D(b) Data' button.

Step 7. After successfully completed your P11D, P11D(b) approval process, E-file the forms.

Step 8. Click on the 'Live E-filing' button.

Step 9. After successfully E-filed you can view/print the E-filed Certificate.
