4801. I have already 'authorised' using AE Exchange signin credentials, for AE submissions to NEST & Smart pension. AE submissions were working fine. Now, I am getting 'AE Exchange Setup Error' and I am asked to do the process again, why?. |

There has been an upgrade in AE Exchange infrastructure to provide better services for you. Hence, for security reasons, you must authorise again using your 'AE Exchange' Signin credentials.
